My point is that if you have Asurion coverage on your iPhone regardless of whether you have ATT or Verizon Asurion told me they require a faxed notarized affidavit to file any iPhone claim for either carrier and can take up to 24 hours to review the claim and recontact you via email or phone before even beginning to process the claim.
